I'm busy fitting the seat post terminals. This is what Palmer has to say about the installation of the seat post terminals.
I've started with the rear seat post terminal first and have fitted the bushing through the frame from right to left with a washer and insulating washer.
Next, I fitted another insulating washer with a copper nut.
And did the same for the front terminal post.
The negative terminal has to be grounded against the frame. I have consequently used the Dremel to grind away the paint from the terminal, to ensure good contact between the battery negative wire and the frame. Here is a photo.
