Re-assembling the Headlight Toggle Switch

Hi. 

I'm busy with the headlight toggle switch.

I've soldered the three wires (an earth in the centre and two positive wires on either side). 

Take the toggle with the small spring and the copper contact and assemble that. 

Slide that into the metal cover of the switch. 

Fit that onto the switch (with the 3 bars facing the contact). 

And place the brass clip onto the switch and click the clip into place, ensuring that all 4 clips are in place. 

 

Pull back the wiring until the switch is in position.

 

And fasten the 2 screws.
